Chicken
Tetrazzini is delicious, creamy, and favorite of children and adults.
Any
time is perfect to enjoy this delicious Chicken Tetrazzini but mostly peoples
like to eat at dinner time because that the fresh and relax time to enjoy with
family.

Ingredients:
- Butter: 9 Tbsp.
- Olive Oil: 2 Tbsp.
- Chicken Breasts Boneless: 4
- Salt: 2 Tsp.
- Black Pepper: 1 ¼ Tsp.
- White Mushrooms: 1 Pound
- 1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
- Garlic Clove: 5
- Thyme Leaves: Chopped 1tbsp.
- White Wine: ½ Cup
- All-Purpose Flour: 1/3 Cup
- Milk: 4 Cups
- Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 Cup
- Chicken Broth: 1 Cup
- Ground Nutmeg: 1/8tsp
- Linguine: 12 Ounces
- Peas: 3/4 Cup
- Italian Parsley Leaves: 1/4 Cup
- Grated Parmesan: 1 Cup
- Breadcrumbs: 1/4 Cup
Method:
1) Heat oven at
450 degree Fahrenheit.
2) Spread 1 tbsp.
of butter over backing dish.
3) In pan, add 1 tbsp.
butter and olive oil at medium to high heat.
Now take ½ tsp
salt and pepper and spread on chicken pieces, after 5 minutes fry in hot pan
and cook at least 4-5 minutes until golden color. Cook on each side, you can
check with the help of stick, if not cook properly than low the heat and cook 5
minutes more.
After cooking,
transfer to bowl and stay for cool. Now coarsely shred into small pieces.
4) In pan, add I tbsp.
butter and oil, at medium heat add White Mushrooms and sauté for 10-12 minutes
until liquid evaporate and pale golden color become.
Then add garlic,
thyme, onion and sauté for 10 minutes until onion is light brown in color. Add simmer
and wine and cook for 2-3 minutes until evaporate. Transfer all into chicken
bowl.
5) In pan, add 3
tsp butter, after heating add whisk, flour, after 2 minutes add cream, nutmeg, milk,
broth, salt and pepper. Increase heat medium to high and boil for 10 minutes until
slightly thick sauce form.
6) In large pot,
add maximum water and 2-3 tbsp. of salt and leave for boil. After boiling add linguine
and boil for 10 minutes. Stir continuously during boiling. Drain water, and
leave linguine for cool.
7) Now add linguine,
peas, sauce, and parsley to chicken mixture. Mix all ingredients with spoon or
hand for 5 minutes until the mixture is blended.
Transfer the
prepared mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on it.
Baked for 25
minutes, until golden brown on top and sauce bubbles form.
Instructions:
This recipe
ingredients are only for 3-4 members, you can increase or decrease amount of
ingredients as per requirement.
If you use refrigerate
chicken, than give extra time to cook.
