give time or simply can say we cannot manage our routine. In a busy life

1) Eat a variety of foods:
Add
different types of food in your diet plan. At least 40 plus food items must present
in your chart. The major food groups are, fruits, vegetables, legumes/beans, meats,
milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts, seeds, grain etc. This
group provide us long term energy and help to build our body parts.
You
must have an idea, your food have how much multivitamin and other supplements. Don’t
take all food groups continuously, change days to days.
The other
group which we can add in our daily routine is; Occasional foods but this group
provide only short term energy.
This
group provide us short time energy, items include biscuits, desserts, cake or pastries,
chips, pizza, hamburgers, butter toast, cream, butter, sugar-sweetened soft
drinks and cordials.
Avoid
to take bolus meal, always make it in portion.
Avoid
to take plenty of water, after meal
Drink
at least one glass water before meal.
If
you are taking any medicine than must have information of medicine timings.
If
you have diabetes than avoid to take sugar supplements and bolus meal.
2) Reduce salt and sugar intake:
No doubt, Salt is important for health but according to need of body. Recent researches show adults should not eat more than 6 grams of salt or 2.4 grams sodium per day. It depend on age, child take less than 2 grams and teen age take 3 grams per day. If you have heart problem, than you must avoid to take salt in daily routine because salt increase blood pressure.
Sugar
is also very important element for daily life routine. The recommended amount
of sugar for adult male is 150 calories or 36 grams (9 teaspoons) and for
female is 100 calories or 25 grams (6 teaspoons) which is lesser than male
quantity.
But
if you are diabetic patient than you must avoid to take sugar or sugar supplements.
Always
prefer to take natural sugar than added or artificial sugar.
3) Drink plenty of fluids
In fluid,
water is best source. Water help in digestion and absorption of food than also
help to retain the waste. Always take a
plenty of water in daily routine.
The best
recommended medical advice is, “Drink one glass water before meal”.
Which
time is suitable for water drinking? Yes it is very important to know when we
will drink and get maximum benefit. Earlier morning before breakfast, drink at
least 2 glass of water. Prefer to use room temperature water than refrigerator.
In other
fluids include juices and smoothies which nourish our body. Fresh juices help
to maintain freshness and glowing of skin.
4) Enough sleep
Sleep
is very important for healthy lifestyle. The requirement of sleep vary from
person to person and age. Adult need 7-9 hours’ sleep, child need more than 10
hours and old people need around 7 or less than that. If you cannot take enough
sleep than it effect on body weight, irregular or less sleep increase body
weight and also effect on daily routine.
5) Daily exercise
Exercise
is important element of healthy lifestyle. There are many categories of exercises
according to body need and age. If you are young and healthy than maximum 2
hours of normal exercise, for child normal walk is recommended.
Exercises
are helpful in balanced, reduce tension, relax muscles and prevent from many
diseases.
If you
are not daily user of exercise or plan to start than start from normal walk,
than with time increase time and methods of exercises.
