Smoothies
are good option to burn the fat, if we take daily one to two glass of freshly
prepared smoothies, we can maintain our diet. We not only reduce weight, we
feel fresh and healthy because all ingredients use in preparation are fresh and
full of nutrition.
Smoothie’s
sounds like healthy or confuse many peoples to weight loss of increase but it
is wrong. Fresh ingredients which are gluten free and rich source of vitamins,
fiber, minerals, they are not only helpful to reduce weight but also help to boost
our body system.
All mention
five smoothies are low calories and gluten free.
1) Raspberry Smoothie
Raspberries
are rich source of multivitamins, fibers, minerals and have low calories.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Raspberries
- Cooked Beet: 1/2 Peeled
- Almond Milk: 6 tbsp
For Serve:
- Assorted Berries
- Chopped Roasted Almonds
- Granola
- Apparatus:
- Blender
Method:
Add
Fresh Raspberries, Cooked Beet and Almond Milk in a blender. Blend all
ingredients for only five minutes until smooth.
Serve
into bowl or glass with adding serving ingredients
2) Peach Smoothie
Peach
is low calorie fruit and it is helpful in boosting the metabolism. Summer
Squash is rich source of beta carotene, fibers folate and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
- Fresh or Frozen Peaches
- Chopped Summer Squash: 1/2 C
- Coconut Water: 1/4 C
For
Serve:
- Cara Cara Naval Orange Pieces
- Pepitas
- Coconut Chips
Method
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5-10 minutes until
smooth than transfer to bowel or glass and serve with addition of serving
ingredients.
3) Strawberry Smoothie
Strawberry are rich source of vitamin, fibers anti-oxidants and it
is also free from sodium, fat and cholesterol.
Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen strawberries
- Chopped frozen cucumber
- Carrot juice: 2 tbsp
For
Serve:
- Fresh strawberries: only 2-4 slice
- Chopped pistachios
Method
Add strawberries, cucumber, and carrot juice in blender, blend all
ingredients until smooth than transfer to bowel or glass and serve with
addition of serving ingredients.
4) Mango Chia Seed Smoothie
Chia Seed are rich source of omega-3 fatty acid, fiber, iron,
calcium. These all sources helpful in reducing the weight and maintain the
freshness of skin.
Ingredients:
- Chia Seeds: 2 Tbsp
- Almond Milk: 1 ½ Cups
- Bananas, 2 Medium Sliced
- Frozen Mango Chunks: 2 Cups
Method:
Take chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl. Place in the fridge for 10-
20 minutes until thoroughly combined.
Second, blend bananas, mangoes and remaining almond milk in a
blender
Now add chia seed mixture which placed in fridge, blend it also.
Blend all ingredients until they are not smooth.
Pour in a bowl and enjoy
5) Ginger Smoothie
Ginger is good source of anti-oxidants. Banana is rich source of Vitamin
C, Manganese, and Potassium
which are helpful in digestion.
Ingredients:
- Orange Juice: ¼ Cups
- Banana: 1-2 Medium Size
- Fresh Ginger: 1 cube
- Fresh or frozen strawberries: 2-4 cups
Method:
In blender, add orange juice, banana, ginger, strawberries and
blend until all ingredients are not smooth
Pour into glass and enjoy
